Refurbishment & Demolition

Speak to an Asbestos expert today

IF YOU’RE A CONTRACTOR WORRIED ABOUT BREAKING THROUGH ASBESTOS, CALL TES ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES LTD ON 0121 392 9865.

Asbestos was completely banned in 1999 and any building built before than may have asbestos in. Even if a building dates from the 19th century, modifications in the 1950s to 1980s may have included incorporating asbestos in to meet with the fire regulations of the time. The simple fact is you may be drilling, sawing and breaking through asbestos without even knowing it.

Any demolition or refurbishment work is required by law to be done in accordance with an asbestos Survey. Once the survey is carried out you should be aware where the asbestos is and what you decide to do with it. We as a licenced asbestos removal company can plan the removal or part removal of asbestos from the building before you or your staff damage it unexpectedly and put their health and life in danger.

We work for large construction companies, demolition companies and small father and son building partnerships. No work is too big or too small but all should be prioritised as essential for the health and safety of everyone involved.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Checkatrade. Taking sample for testing
I rang to enquire about a possible asbestos fire board on the back of our cellar door. We were selling our house and this could hold up or even stop our sale. The very next morning a very polite man arrived to take a discreet sample. They sent it for testing and I received a certificate to show there was no asbestos within 3 days from my initial phone call. That's what I call service. Brilliant communication and speedy service. Wonderful result to know there's no problem and with the security of knowing they would have removed the board safely had there been asbestos present.
